CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

We, at The Unopened Box, strive to provide the best possible care. Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you and cannot generally be transferred to another person on short notice.

 

We do understand that emergencies occur, and at times an appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

 

Should an emergency arise, we request that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be given.

 

In the event that 24 hours’ notice is not given, the following applies:

 

For personal therapy:

 

The first cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is noted, but not penalized.

 

Future cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. 

 

Please be advised that any missed appointments that are not cancelled prior to the scheduled start time will be charged for as well.

 

For workshops/ group related events:

 

Cancellation with less than a week’s notice will be charged in full. 

 

Sessions missed will not be reimbursed as we are offering package rates for the whole course.

 

Given that we host Mental Health events, recordings will not be provided to participants to maintain the confidentiality of the group. We request you to be present to attend these events.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

For the convenience of our clients, The Unopened Box offers service packages for workshops and events to better help you achieve the desired outcomes of healing. These packages are prepaid and are offered at a discounted rate from single session charges and must be used during the dates specified.

 

Please be advised when purchasing these packages that refunds are granted on a very limited basis. The only reason a refund of the unused portion of the package will be granted is if, in the opinion of the facilitator, the candidate is unsuitable for the course due to professional reasons. 

 

By signing up to work with us, you have agreed to have read, understood, and agreed to the aforementioned Unopened Box Pvt. Ltd. cancellation and refund policies.
